These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bingseo.my and any Bing SEO or Microsoft Advertising engagements provided by BingSeo.my ("we", "our", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services offered
We provide specialist Bing SEO and Microsoft Advertising services in Malaysia, including:
- Technical SEO for Bing (including IndexNow implementation)
- Microsoft Advertising campaign management
- GEO / AI search optimisation
- Local SEO for Bing (including Bing Places setup)
- Content and on-page SEO for Bing
- Bing SEO audits and performance reporting
- Industry-specific Bing SEO packages
Every engagement begins with a free audit. Detailed scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in a signed proposal or statement of work.
2. Free audits
Free audits are provided in good faith to help you assess the fit for our services. Findings are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of results if implemented. We may decline to provide a free audit if scope, industry, or geography falls outside our current focus.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are set out in your proposal. Retainers are typically invoiced monthly, with Microsoft Advertising management fees scaling alongside ad spend. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely access to accounts (Bing Webmaster Tools, Microsoft Advertising, CMS) needed to deliver the work.
- Give feedback on drafts and recommendations within reasonable timeframes.
- Provide accurate business information for local SEO, listings, and NAP consistency work.
5. Intellectual property
Content, code, and reports created specifically for your engagement become yours upon full payment. Our proprietary methodologies, templates, dashboards, and audit frameworks remain our property and may not be resold or shared with third parties without written consent.
6. Results and forecasts
SEO and paid search results depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, competition, and platform policy. We provide honest forecasts based on our experience, but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or conversion outcomes.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential business information shared during an engagement strictly confidential and to use it only to deliver the agreed services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid to us during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days' written notice. Project-based engagements may be terminated in line with the milestones set out in the signed proposal.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
